Terms: Upon credit approval, standard terms are net 30. Down payments and credit cards are accepted.

Returns: Returns of new, unused stock items are accepted for refund less a 15% restocking fee and freight charges. Some products may not be returned after six months due to shelf life. All products are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Reprints: If a replacement is required due to our error, it will be at no charge.

Artwork, including art on disk, supplied by you will be returned to you with your invoice. Title to artwork and negatives created/output by Diversified Graphics, Inc. and/or our suppliers, remains the property of Diversified Graphics, Inc. A signature on all proofs is required on all new or changed custom work. Artwork can be supplied via email or for larger files via WeTransfer or a secure FTP site.

Diversified Graphics is an Idealliance G7 Master Facility. we qualify with a three-level compliance program that is granted to physical facilities such as printing companies or other graphic solutions providers, creative and premedia proofers, conducting Idealliace certified G7 Experts and G7 Professionals. G7 Master status indicates that we have calibrated certain equipment and systems to G7 gray balance and neutral tone curves and are capable of delivering G7 proofs and print products.
